Crystal is a professional piercer and studio manager at GRIM Studios in Hamilton, Ontario. She has been piercing professionally since 2017 and brings years of experience to both client work and studio operations.

Crystal is especially known for curated piercing projects and custom jewelry ordering, working closely with clients to plan cohesive setups that balance anatomy, style, and long-term wear. She has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in making sure each piercing is approached thoughtfully and executed cleanly.

Around the studio, Crystal has long been known as the “shop mom” — the person who keeps things moving, remembers the details, and makes sure clients feel looked after. She’s quick-witted, has a sharp sense of humour, and is particularly good with nervous clients, helping put people at ease without making the experience feel clinical or intimidating.

Outside the shop, Crystal spends her time with her husband and kids, getting tattooed, and caring for an impressive collection of reptiles. She also has plans underway for a new business focused on reptile care and breeding, because apparently running one operation at a time is not her thing.
